1-      By attending at service center: The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may refer to one of mobile telephone subscriber services offices and request change of their address.

2-       By use of distance support services: if the subscriber has made activated his / her E-Care services.

Conditions and required documents:

(1)    If in the new address only name of a street or alleys is added without change of zip code and building number.

(2)    If only building number has been changed and, the result of inquiry from 140, shows no change in zip code.

(3)    If no change is in the street, alley and building number but only zip code has a little change.
