Disconnection at the subscriber's request:

The subscriber of prepaid SIM Cards, who have transferred their line to a transferee through a transfer deed before a notary public, but the transferee does not make finalized the transfer process, may refer to one of fixed telephone centers in Tehran or province capitals, submit the required documents and make the line disconnected.

Conditions and required documents:

• Presence of the SIM Card owner
• Completion and sign of application form
• Presentation original and copy of national ID Card

Connection at the request of the subscriber

The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may refer to one of mobile telephone subscriber services offices, fill in the transfer deed and ask for connection of the disconnected line and finalize the name change process:

• Presence of the transferee
• Completion of transfer deed
• Presentation of original and copy of national ID Card
• Presentation of SIM Card Deed and /or confirmed affidavit
• The transfer fees will be deducted from credit balance of the SIM Card
