Question 1: If, at the time of purchase of credit, the money is deducted from my account but my credit is not added, what I should do?

Answer 1: If the money is deducted from your account but your credit balance, please go to follow up section; here you can see the credit data up to 30 days. If there is a 15-digit credit code, the credit balance of your SIM Card has been successfully increased.
