Introduction:
The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may transfer a part of their credit balance to another subscriber by use of USSD and IVR system by calling on 444.

How to transfer the credit?
You can transfer credit to another subscriber by use of the following code:
*132*transfer password * credit amount * transferee's phone No. (9891*********)#
Transfer password:
You can send a blank SMS to 8910 and receive an 8-digit transfer password.
You can also receive it via IVR by calling on 444.
If you forgot your transfer password, you can receive it again via sending SMS to 8910.
The subscribers may transfer minimum 10,000 and maximum 100,000 Rials via this service. The remaining balance of transferor's credit, after making the transfer, shall be 5,000 Rials.
The sum of 400 Rials will be deducted as transfer commission for each time of transfer.
Each time that the transferor (A) sends 5,000 Rials to the transferee (B), 15 days will be deducted from the expiry date of its credit card and the same will be added to B's expiry date.
For entering the number of the transferee, you have to add country code (98) to the first of transferee's telephone number (e.g. 9891********)
For example, if you wish to send credit to telephone number 9191234567, your have enter the telephone number as follows: 989191234567.
After successful completion of credit transfer, both the transferor (A) and transferee (B) will receive successful transfer message.
Notes:
- If the transferor's line is in one of idle, suspended, disabled, black list or pool states, the Transferor (A) can not transfer credit.
- Not transfer will be done if the amount does not conform to the limitations stated above.
- If the transferor's line will become disabled due to decrease in his / her credit card expiry date, he / she will be notified first and then, after his / her confirmation, the transfer will be continued.
- When the transferor (A) sends a request to the network, he / she will receive a message; after confirmation of the message the transfer will be done.
- If the transferee (B)'s line is in suspended state due to expiration of validity of his / her credit card, his / her line will be activated following credit transfer and new expiry date will be set for him / her as of the date of transfer.
- If the transferee (B)'s line is suspended due to zero credit balance, the transferred amount will be added to his / her credit.
- If the transferee (B)'s line is idle or pool state, he / she can not receive the credit.
- If the transferee (B)'s line is disconnected, the transfer will be done but he / she can not receive message.
- If the transferee (B)'s phone is switched off, the transfer will be done and the message will be delivered to him / her if is existing in the network.
- Every subscriber may make 5 times of credit transfer a day.
- The maximum credit transferable on each day is 100,000 Rials.
- Every subscriber may make 30 times credit transfer a month.
- The maximum transferable amount a month is 500,000 Rials.
Definitions:
Idle SIM Card: Is a prepaid SIM Card at the time it is delivered to the subscriber for the firs time.
Suspended SIM Card: When the validity of SIM Card and / or credit is expired, your SIM Card will be suspended and you will not be able to make new calls but can receive incoming calls.
Disabled SIM Card: If the subscriber does not increase his / her credit during suspended time (within 2 months).
Pool SIM Card: In case the subscriber does not increase his / her credit during disabled time within 12 months his / her SIM Card will be pooled and his /her subscription right will be nullified.
Black List: If you enter false credit PIN number 5 times, your line will be disconnected and your name will be put into black list.
Disconnection: means the subscriber's line is disconnected.
Note: The credit transferor is liable and responsible to the transferred credit; please protect your phone and your 8-digit transfer password.
