Procedure of use of IVR
The password, which is a mixture of digits and letters, are used for entrance into First Operator's portal and IVR password is for contact with 021-817161 and receive of call list print out via fax.
Your email may be placed in bulk mail and / or email in mail option and your spam guard may be active.
If after doing all the above procedures, you can not receive email yet; you have to send your phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org for receive of new password and / or refer to one of governmental offices with the required documents.
When the subscriber has entered false username and password;
The username of the subscriber is his / her telephone number without 0 and password is the same he / she has be sent to his / her email via the portal and the capital and non capital letters are to be correctly inserted.
After registration and receive of confirmation email you have to refer to one of governmental offices to ascertain your identity there and then you will receive an email containing username and password.
It is possible also that the email to be stored in bulk mail and / or in mail options section when your spam guard is active.
If your have not received email after doing all above steps, you have to send your telephone number to email@example.com once again and refer to one of the governmental offices with your documents.
