6- After completion of form, the subscriber receives a message; here he / she has to go to his / her email and confirm something.
Note: If the subscriber attends at governmental centers, there will be no need to confirmation of his / her identity but has to confirm the email before attending.
7- A message is sent to the subscriber on his / her email; he / she has to confirm it and then attend at any of mobile network service centers.
8- After attending at the mobile network service centers, the relevant access to portal and password will be granted to him / her via his / her email.
How to use distance support services?

3- Enter the data and phone number as shown below:

Click on one of following forms to enter.
Go to MCI VAS menu for receive of one-time-use password. Enter into OTP, select www.mci.ir and select login.
For enter to the portal by use of limited time one-time-use password, please set it if your cell phone clock is set correctly. In this case, you'll directly receive password on your cell phone.
If your cell phone device asks you security code, please enter it. It is possible by use of built-in software on your cell phone.
