Installment Payment of Bills
The subscribers, whom bill value is more than 500,000 Rials may apply for installment payment against submission of check or promissory notes.
The conditions and required documents:
1- Presence of the subscriber and / or his / her first class family members (parents, brother, sister, spouse, and child).
2- Submission of original and copy of subscriber's national card.
1- The subscribers have to pay the installments on their due date without delay.
2- After payment of the first installment, the telephone line will be automatically reactivated.
3- The first class family members of subscribers (parents, brother, sister, spouse, and child) may also apply for installment payment of the bills.
4- If the telephone line is cancelled due to debt, the subscriber has to attend at the Subscribers Division of the Company at No. 40, Vanak St., Vanak Sq., Tehran, Iran.
5- After making installment payment, all special services (GPRS, MMS, call restriction, fax, data, roaming, etc. …) will be deactivated and the subscriber may apply for their renewal activation after payment of the last installment.
6- Since only one time installment payment is possible a year, in case of subscriber's failure in payment it will be recorded as a bad record.
7- On the date of installment determination the last debt will be considered.
8- The payment of each installment on respective due dates shall be essential; failing which the installment payment shall be cancelled and the claims become due.
9- If the subscriber fails to pay one of the installments on its due date, the service will be deactivated and reactivation shall be dependent to the payment of that installment.
10- If the subscriber fails to pay the installments for the second time, the service will be deactivated and he / she shall be liable to pay all debts in cash. For reactivation he / she shall attend at respective service centers.
