Blocking and Activation of SIM Card at the Request of Subscriber:

1-      By attending at service center: The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may attend at one of mobile telephone subscriber services offices and request blocking his / her SIM Card.

2-      By use of distance support services: if the subscriber has made activated his / her E-Care services.

 

Conditions and required documents:

  • Presence of the subscriber
  • Completion and signing the application form
  • Presentation the original and copy of his / her national ID card
  • Presentation of original and copy of power of attorney – if any.
  • Submission of the paid bill of the last billing term.
 
 
Note:

1-      The subscriber may make blocked his / her SIM Card maximum for 3 months.

2-      The renewal activation of a SIM Card will be possible only by a center in which it has been blocked for the first time.

3-      The subscribers, who have activated their e-care system, may use this system for blockage and activation of their SIM Card.

4-      Subscribers that after assignment and issuance of power of attorney the bill is issued in their name may apply for blockage of the SIM Card.
