(2) The subscribers may use this system to know about their end term and mid-term bill data and pay the bills by use of access cards of SHETAB banking system. (3) Reactivation of SIM Card after debt payment via 09990 system; the SIM Card will be reactivated immediately after payment. Postpaid SIM Cards The applicants may apply for postpaid SIM Cards both by attendance and via distance services. There is no limitation for the number of application made by each subscriber and the requested SIM Cards will be granted taking into account the existing numbers and limitations. After completion of name registration process, the applicant becomes a subscriber and at the end of the respective period a bill will be issued for him / her. In case the subscriber even does not make his / her SIM Card activated, the subscription fees and taxes and duties will be billed for him / her. Items of Bills The bills contain the following data: 1- Subscription fees: This fees will be billed for all subscribers irrespective they used their line or not; the amount of subscription fees for each term (2-month period) is 12,600 Rials. 2- Intra-City Calls: means the cost of calls that the subscriber makes with a fixed line in the same city. 3- Inter-City Calls: means the cost of calls that the subscriber makes with a fixed line in another city. 4- Call diverts: means the cost of calls that the subscriber makes with its line in a city other than his / her own city. 5- Abroad Calls: means the cost of calls that the subscriber makes with a telephone line abroad. 6- International Roaming: means the cost of international roaming services provided by Hamrah-e Avval's contract parties in a foreign country. 7- SMS: means the cost of SMS. 8- Voice Messages: means the cost of voice messages. 9- Other costs: includes miscellaneous costs and expenses including address change (32), line activation (37), SIM Card replacement (38), renewal activation (41), activation of voice message service (43), MMS packages (83), GPRS packages (84), 10- Special services: includes the cost of special services [hiding ID (55), fax (57), data (58)] 11- Invoice of current billing term: means the cost of all services provided during the billing term in question. 12- Tax and duties: 2.2% tax and 1.8 duties are applied to each bill. 13- Previous debt: means the outstanding and unpaid debt of the preceding billing term. 14- Credit from last billing term: means the subscriber's claims resulting from any reason whatsoever. 15- Rounding up to 1,000 Rials: the final amount is rounded to 1,000 Rials. 16- Amount payable: means the balance payable taking into account all debts and credits of the subscriber. A notable Fact: If, despite the payment of the previous debts, it has been included in the present bill, the payable amount will be amended. Postpaid SIM Cards: - Postpaid SIM Cards with deposit: this category of postpaid SIM Card is sold at 2,548,000 Rials including subscription fees and deposit. - Postpaid SIM Cards without deposit: this category of postpaid SIM Card is billed in a 2-month intervals and the ceiling for call cost in each term is 170,000 Rials. The subscriber may make prepayment and have extra calls. Since this category of SIM Cards has not deposit, the subscriber shall deposit 2,000,000 Rials to use roaming services. Network Coverage: In the territory of Iran: the coverage is the same for both prepaid and postpaid SIM Cards. Abroad: in all countries with roaming contract. Name Registration and Granting the SIM Card: The name registration is taken place both by attending and by use of distance support system 1- Name registration by attending: The required conditions and documents - attending at one of mobile service centers - filling in the application form and submission of the required documents - submission of original and copies of national ID card - payment of 10,000 Rials for receive of cash bill - receive of bill for SIM Card (2,538,000 Rials with deposit and 1,238,000 Rials for new SIM Cards) - payment of cost (via bank, ATM or POS) - submission of receipt to the authority issued the bill - receive of activated SIM Card and receipt of sums paid for services The legal entities have to submit power of attorney for their representatives and company documents. 2- Use of distance support services - Visiting www.mci.ir and selection of the appropriate menu - Fill in the relevant form and payment of the cost via internet receive of serial number and activation code - Attend at the service center determined by the applicant, receive of SIM Card and submission of activation code and activate it. - Receive of activated SIM Card and receipt of cost of services paid by the subscriber. Selected Numbers: The applicants may select their desired numbers from www.mci.ir if has not been assigned to another applicant previously. - visit of www.mci.ir - selection of the relevant link - selection of the desired number - fill in the personal data in the relevant form - payment of the cost via internet - receive of serial number and activation code - Attend at the service center determined by the applicant, receive of SIM Card and submission of activation code and activate it. - Receive of activated SIM Card and receipt of cost of services paid by the subscriber. |
