The subscribers may perform the following affairs without any need to attending at the mobile services centers by activation of their E-Care service:

(1)   Lose deactivation

(2)   Receive of call list

(3)   Deactivation and reactivation upon subscriber's request

(4)   Receive of PIN and PUK

(5)   Address change and amendment

(6)   Establishment of special services (SMS, MMS, ID Caller, Data, Fax, Call Restriction)

(7)   Deactivation of MMS

-          Visit of www.mci.ir

-          Carefully reading the terms and conditions

-          Opening email for confirmation

-          Attendance of the subscriber at one of mobile network service centers, submission of required documents and filling in the forms.

-          Receive of password via his / her email.

The service shall be cancelled at the time of transfer and the transferee shall establish the service again – if needs to do so.
