Instructions for Prepaid SIM Cards
Procedure of Services:
In line with estimation of customers and provision optimum services to the subscribers and development of services, the First Operator provides the services in the following ways:
1- Services Provided when the Customer Presents:
1-1 Mobile Telephone Subscriber services offices
The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may receive the following services from these offices:
· Name registration for receive of SIM Card
· Name (ownership) change
· Notification of lost SIM Card and receive of new one
· Address change
· Activation / deactivation of special services
· Investigation of charging problems
· Remove of SIM Card from black list
· Activation of prepaid SIM Cards
1-2 Fixed Telephone Centers (in Tehran and province capitals)
Subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may refer to fixed telephone centers in Tehran and province capitals and ask the following services:
· Replacement of SIM Cards of all provinces
· Investigation of problems relating to special services
· Provision of confidential codes of SIM Card (PIN & PUK)
· Discovering the disturbing caller
· Investigations problems relating to credit cards
· Replacement of defected credit cards
· Remove of SIM Card from black list
2- Non-Presence Services
First Operator's System (0990) and answering machine (444)
The subscribers may call on 0990 and receive some services like: Prepaid SIM Card problems, customer guidance, procedure of name registration, procedure of transfer, knowing about the credit amount, remove of SIM Card from black list, special services, the needed details and legal affairs.
The subscribers of prepaid SIM Cards may call on 444 and receive some services like: credit increase, notification of credit balance, change of password, notification of lost SIM Card, change of language of answering machine, and replacement of service packages.
Definition of Prepaid SIM Card
Prepaid SIM Cards that the needed credit for making any call including international calls or use other services should be purchased in advance. Therefore, in harmony with his / her need, the subscriber has to purchase the needed amount of credit and then make call and / or use the services.
Idle SIM Card: Is a prepaid SIM Card at the time it is delivered to the subscriber for the firs time.
Active SIM Card: Your prepaid SIM Card will be activated when you make the first call and, thereafter, you can make calls and use services.
Suspended SIM Card: When the validity of SIM Card and / or credit is expired, your SIM Card will be suspended and you will not be able to make new calls but can receive incoming calls. You have to renew the credit of your SIM Card within 2 months as of the last credit. During this time you will continue to receive the incoming calls and SMS's. Your credit balance will be transferred to the next term immediately after purchasing new credit and will be added to your new credit card's balance.
Disabled SIM Card: If the subscriber does not increase his / her credit during suspended time (within 2 months), his / her SIM Card will be disabled for a period of 12 months during which you will be able to make emergency calls only. But the subscriber's SIM Card number will be preserved and, in case of renewal crediting, the credit balance will NOT be added to the new balance.
Pooling SIM Card: In case the subscriber does not increase his / her credit during disabled time within 12 months his / her SIM Card will be pooled and his /her subscription right will be nullified.

How to Use:
Your SIM Card will be activated immediately after you make your firs call or send your firs SMS.
In the country: The coverage for subscribers of prepaid and post paid SIM Cards allover the country are the same and you can make call allover the country and the quality of voice and service are the same.
Roaming Services: Presently, no roaming service is provided for prepaid SIM Card.
