Question 1: How to make activated my prepaid SIM Card? Your SIM Card has not been used when delivered to and is not active; you can make it activated by use of one of the following means: Prepaid SIM Cards with 20,000 Rials initial credit will be activated immediately after the first call. For activation of family SIM Cards with 50,000 initial credit you have to refer to mobile telephone subscriber services office and present the activation code and registration serial number, original and copy of your national card and make it activated after name change process. Question 2: I increased the credit balance of my prepaid SIM Card up to 20,000 Rials 3 months ago; now it has 10,000 Rials credit balance but it is suspended, why? Your SIM Card will become suspended immediately after expiration of validity term of the credit you purchased (for credits with 20,000 Rials value it is 2 months). You have to use the credit up to 2 months as of credit increase date. Otherwise you will receive only incoming calls and messages and can not make a call or send a message. If you purchase a new credit, your credit balance will be added to your existing credit. Question 3: If the subscriber fails to increase his / her credit balance during the suspended time, what will happed to his / her SIM Card? If the subscriber does not increase his / her credit balance within 2 months as of suspension of the SIM Card, the SIM Card will be disabled and he / she can make no call except for emergency calls only (this situation will last up to 12 months). In case of credit increase during disable period, his / her remaining credit balance will not be added to the new credit. Question 4: If the subscriber fails to increase his / her credit during the disable time, what will happen? The SIM Card will be pooled at the end of this term. Question 5: My SIM Card has been pooled; can I make it activated once again? If your SIM Card has been disabled, in case of increase of credit, you can make it activated once again. If your SIM Card has been pooled, you can not make it activated or change the name of subscriber. Question 6: I am one of prepaid SIM Card subscribers; due to some physical problems, I can not go to shops, ATM, Web Kiosk and purchase the credit. Is there any other means for me to increase my credit balance? You can use automatic Top Up method. You can go to First Operator's website and enter into “internet credit purchase” and purchase your needed credit there without any need to entering code into your phone. Question 7: Some of digits of code of credit card were removed when I was trying to remove the code cover; where I can refer and use the credit of this card? If some of digits have been removed, you can go fixed telephone centers in Tehran and province capitals and submit the defected credit card (if you have not used it) and receive a new one. Question 9: My prepaid SIM Card has been locked and I can not increase my credit any more; how I can fix this problem? If you enter false credit code for 4 times, your SIM Card will be locked and your name will be put on black list. Question 10 – Can the subscriber of prepaid SIM Card use Internet access and dream packages? Question 14: If I lose my SIM Card, can I receive a duplicate copy? You have to submit an affidavit; your line will be disconnected for 3 days for verification and confirmation of the affidavit then will be connected and you can use your line. Question 15: How I can transfer my prepaid SIM Card? The subscribers of prepaid SIM Card may refer to one of mobile telephone subscriber services offices in company of the transferee and submit the required documents (original and copy of their national ID card, SIM Card Deed and / or confirmed affidavit together with active SIM Card) and transfer it to the transferee. |
