The following tariffs are applicable to the different items of the bill:

 

1-      Subscription Fees: The subscription fees shall be the sum of 63,000 Rials for each month (12,600 Rials for a 2-monhts term). The subscription is received like other subscriptions (water, power supply, etc.) regularly and this is not related to calls and it will be charged even when you does not use the telephone line.

2-      Inter City Calls: The tariffs of each minute call from mobile to mobile or fixed line and vice versa with another phone line in the same city is calculated as follows:

3-      Intra City Calls: The cost of one minute intra city calls from mobile line to mobile and fixed lines and vice versa is as follows:

4-      Call Transfer: The residence of the subscriber is the city in which he / she has enrolled; if he goes to another city each time that he / she makes a new call, in addition to the normal tariff, 20% of rate of one minute call of 08:00 to 21:00 will be added to the call cost and will not be changed according to the time change.

5-      International Calls: The tariff of international calls is like the fixed telephone but the cost of one minute inter city call will be also added to the tariff:

Note: For subscriber's international calls with other countries from 08:00 to 21:00 the sum of 447 Rials / minute (cost of 10 pulses) will be added and in Friday and official holidays this will be 358 Rials / minute (cost of 8 pulses).

6-      International Roaming: Considering the fact that we have different contracts with different countries and normally there are more than operator operating simultaneously, we can not include the roaming costs here.

7-      SMS: A fixed rate, equal to 89 Rials will be charged for SMS in Persian language (alphabet) and 222 Rials for English SMS's. The subscriber will not pay any sum for incoming SMS's.

7-1       Delivery Report: If the subscriber activates delivery report in his / her phone, to make sure of delivery of the sent SMS, no cost shall be charged for delivery message.

8-      VMS: The cost of VMS is similar to normal calls at 447 Rials / minute.

9-      Fees: The services provided by mobile telephone subscriber services offices and governmental offices are classed as two following categories:

10- Special Services: The special services, requested by the subscriber, are classed as three categories. Free services (Table 10-1) and services which are billed only after launching (Table 10-2) and services that form a part of the bill (Table 10-3).
