Name Registration for Hamrah-e Avval's SIM Cards on Internet
MCI, as the largest mobile operator in the Middle East and the number one internet service provider in Iran, has the oldest and most valuable mobile numbers collection throughout the country. The majority of citizens have at least one of our SIM cards and it has been become a part of their identity and business. Now, in 17th anniversary of MCI's establishment, the company offers selected numbers to the subscribers.
The subscribers, after completion of application on internet, will go to one of mobile network service centers and receive their SIM cards.
The subscribers, after completion of application on internet, receive of tracking and tracing code and internet-based payment of the fees, will go to one of mobile network service centers and receive their SIM cards.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Your confirmation is read as your full agreements with following terms and conditions:
1- I will not abuse mobile line as a means for annoying phone calls.
2- To use only authorized accessories.
3- Not to assign my subscription to any third party unless upon prior consent of the company; and to assign on the basis of all applicable regulations.
4- I will receive all notifications and bills at the address I notified to MCI unless I change my address.
5- Notify the case to the mobile service centers and MCI immediately I lost my SIM Card.
6- Observe all directives, regulations, terms and conditions that are currently in force and / or will be enacted in the future.
Terms and Conditions Relating to Postpaid SIM Cards (2,548,000 Rials):
1- I empower MCI to make my line deactivated when my roaming bill amount reaches to 200 USD and in case of insufficiency to implement the provisions of Clause (6) below.
2- To pay the value of bills within the determined due dates and MCI shall be authorized to deactivate my line and implement the applicable laws and regulations if I failed to pay it timely.
Terms and Conditions Applicable to New Postpaid SIM Cards (1,248,000 Rials):
1- Since the new lines have limited call ceiling of 200,000 Rials, the line will be deactivated when my call cost reaches to 200,000 Rials.
2- If I use this line on roaming network, I undertake to pay a deposit equal to 2,000,000 Rials to make roaming calls possible for me.
3- Since this line has not deposit and the paid amount is the subscription fees, I will never ask for return of the subscription fees.
4- To pay the value of bills within the determined due dates and MCI shall be authorized to deactivate my line and implement the applicable laws and regulations.
5- If I failed to pay it timely, MCI will be entitled to collect the cost of my calls from my other deposits if any.
Terms and Conditions Applicable to Prepaid SIM Cards:
These SIM Cards are one of three situations:
Active: Capable to make calls and receive incoming calls.
Ongoing Calls Restricted: After reaching the credit balance down to zero the ongoing calls will be restricted and it can only receive the incoming calls up to 2 months.
Inactive: If the credit balance is not increased during the 2 months, the line will become inactive for 12 months and only emergency calls will be possible. After expiration of 12 months, the line and subscription will be cancelled.
In case I fail to duly observe any of the above undertakings, I will personally bear all legal responsibilities and will be bound to compensate and resulting damages and losses.
