How to Use Credit Card

Increase of credit and procedure of use of credit card:

Credit increase:

You can increase your credit in two of following ways:

  • In presence

A.    Purchase of credit number from one of banks (ATM), POS's and shops

B.     Through authorized agents for sale of credit card

C.     Through web kiosks installed in public places

  • Non-Presence

A.    Top up (automatic charge): You can open the First Operator's webpage and purchase the needed charge by Internet-based payment. Then the purchased credit will be added to your SIM Card automatically without any need to entering a code.

B.     Via authorized agents' websites.

C.     Via IVR: contact with answering machine on 444

For increase of your credit by use of credit card, please follow the following instructions:

After completion of above instructions the credit of your SIM Card will be increased up to the value of the credit card. The payment by the subscriber includes 2% discount as follows:

Cases of Non-Increase of Your Credit

  • Black List: If you enter false credit card code for 4 times, your SIM Card will be blocked and your name will be put into black list.
  • Unused Line: Is the state of SIM Card when you receive it for the first time.
  • Disconnection at the Subscriber's Request: If you have requested disconnection of the line for a limited time (3 months), your SIM Card credit will not be increased.
  • SIM Card Lose: In case you have notified lose of your SIM Card via 444.
  • Pool of SIM Card: If you failed in increasing your credit within 12 months as of the date it has been disabled.
 

How to remove your name from black list?

  • In presence: You can refer to mobile telephone subscribers services office and / or fixed telephone centers in Tehran or province capitals and remove your name from black list.
  • Non-Presence: You can call on 0990 and then your name will be automatically removed from black list within 24 hours.

Please note the following hints at the time of purchase of credit cards:

  • Please purchase the credit cards from the authorized agents.
  • Please never purchase a pre-printed leaflet containing code number.
  • You are the only person who may have access to the credit code on credit card. Never give your code to anybody. Please, if possible, purchase credit cards from ATM systems which are traceable in future.
  • Please carefully enter the code; because if you enter false number for 4 times, your SIM Card will be blocked and your name will be put on black list and then you have to refer to one of mobile telephone subscriber services offices to make it unblocked.
  • Please keep the credit card you purchased from ATM or anywhere with you for probable future follow ups.
  • If you have any problem, ask the seller's help or contact with support center of the distribution company. If you have any problem, please contact with MIC on 0990.
  • We suggest electronic credits because they are easy and secure.
