- Messages displayed on display
The messages appeared on the display of your phone may be different depending on model and mark of your phone. All messages are detailed in manual of the phone.
Some of the common displayed messages are:
1- No service
2- Emergency calls only
3- SIM Missing
4- Insert SIM Card
5- No Connection
6- Card Rejected
7- SIM Error
8- Insert PIN Code
9- No Network
10- Enter PUK (PIN Code blocked)
In connection to item 8, we have to point out that if you enter false PIN code three times, you are requested to enter PIN; if you enter false PIN 7 times, your SIM Card will be blocked. Here, you have to enter PUK 1 for PIN 1 and PUK 2 for PIN 2.
PIN 1: is for security of SIM Card and will be requested at the time of switching on.
PIN 2: is used when FDN services are used.
In some cases, despite correct dialing, the subscriber could not make a call and will hear one of the following voice messages:
A. The called number is not valid (when the dialed number is disconnected due to debt).
B. The mobile set is off (when the dialed number is switched off).
C. The subscriber is not reachable now. Please try lather (the dialed number is out of network coverage).
The called number is not valid (when the line has been pooled or has diverted the line).
