Is it possible to choose the product and activation or deactivation of it separately & individually?

No, before activating the service, the list of desired numbers and the type of product (MVPN) for each group of SIM Cards should be specified, and then MCI's account manager can activate the service for those SIM Cards in an outright manner. Also, it's not possible for each user to deactivate the service and it only can be done through organization's request and its account manager. Therefore, according to organization's request for deactivating the service for specific SIM Cards, it will be done and the organization will be informed about it via text message.

If some SIM Cards are added to the MVPN service along the organization's contract with MCI, how long the service will be activated for them?

The contract's length and date for all SIM Cards is the same regardless of the joining time to the MVPN group. Therefore, the service will be available for them until the end of contract.

How much is the service price for each SIM Card?

The price is different according to chosen type of service (MVPN).

To what calls and text messages the announced percentage of discount will be allocated?

The discount is for all the calls and text messages inside this private network during working days and hours (except public holidays) defined by the organization. Calls and texts made after these hours will be treated with normal tariffs.

In case of making calls or sending texts to numbers outside the private network or other countries, how the costs will be calculated?

Calls/texts made outside the private network or to other countries will be treated with normal tariffs.

Is it possible for a user who desires to make call outside the country (roaming) with preferred rates?

No, the costs of calls/texts will be calculated with normal tariffs.

If the organization changes the number of SIM Cards in the network during the contract, is it possible for the discount rate to be changed as well?

No, the discount percentage will be specified at the beginning of the contract, based on number of SIM Cards and will be valid until the end date of contract.

Is it possible for organizations to add/delete some SIM Cards to the MVPN service?

Yes, in order to add/delete any SIM Card to the MVPN list, organization should provide the list of numbers through its form and upload it in the system.

How the organization should pay for the service?

Activation of the service will be upon the payment of organization for all SIM Cards based on the aggregated bill provided for organization. Also, in future the cost of service should be paid by the organization at the beginning of the month.

In case of making any changes to the number of SIM Cards, how will the organization will be informed about the payable amount?

The payable amount of service at the beginning of each month (considering all organization's desired changes) will be calculated and provided via a SIM aggregated bill and the organization is obligated to pay that in specific period.

Any changes to the number of SIM Cards and costs will be considered and implemented in next month aggregated bill and the organization will be informed about that.

How the organization can pay the services' costs?

Organizations can make the payment online, via ATM devices or in bank's branches. In near future, a specific portal will be provided for organizations in order to make the payment process easier.

Does a specific period of time exist for payment?

No, there is no specific time for payment but the activation of service is upon receiving of payment confirmation for MCI.

If the costs are not paid by the organization, what will be the status of service?

If the organization doesn't pay the costs by due date, service extension will be terminated regardless of monthly extension date.

Under what circumstances the service will be terminated?

If the organization doesn't pay the costs by due date, service will be terminated.

If the costs of service are paid with delay, when the service will be reactivated?

Reactivation of the service will be instantly after receiving the payment confirmation by MCI and will be valid until the end of contract (the service will be suspended equal to days delayed in payment).
